How the Insurance Process Works
Your carrier writes a scope of repairs, usually in Xactimate. We review it line by line, walk the loss with your adjuster, and submit supplements when the scope misses real damage — so the rebuild is paid by the policy, not your pocket. You pay your deductible; we handle the paperwork trail.

Do you do the water mitigation (dry-out) too?
We focus on the rebuild after mitigation. If you need a dry-out crew, we can refer reputable mitigation companies we work alongside regularly.
What does the rebuild cost me?
In most covered losses, your out-of-pocket is your deductible. The rebuild is billed against the insurance scope; supplements cover legitimate damage the original scope missed.
How fast can you start?
We walk most losses within 48 hours of your call, and rebuild scheduling starts as soon as the scope is approved.
