Envision Contracting Group (Pro Indoor Living LLC, AZ ROC #366121) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and the tools we operate, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you send us to answer you and quote your project, we do not sell your personal information, and you can ask us to delete what we have at any time.
Information you give us
When you use our contact or quote forms, call, email, or text us, we receive what you share — typically your name, phone number, email address, project address, and a description of the work you want done. We use it to respond to you, prepare estimates, schedule visits, and perform work you hire us for. Project records we are required to keep under Arizona contracting law are retained as the law requires; everything else we keep only as long as it is useful for serving you.
Information collected automatically
This site runs on WordPress.com, which collects standard visitor analytics for us (pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, browser type) and sets the cookies that platform needs to function. We see this information in aggregate — it does not identify you to us by name. See Automattic’s privacy policy for how the platform itself handles data.
Google services and our applications
Some tools and applications we operate connect to Google services (for example, publishing videos to our own YouTube channel). These applications access only accounts that belong to us and are used solely to manage our own content — they do not collect, store, or share data from any other person’s Google account.
Sharing
We share your information only with the service providers needed to run the business (our website platform, email provider, and estimating software), with subcontractors or suppliers when needed to perform your project, or when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Photos of project work
We photograph our own job sites to document work in progress. Where photos of a client’s property may be used in marketing, that use is governed by the media terms in that client’s contract — not by this page — and you can decline such use in your contract at any time.
Your choices
Email info@ecgbuilds.com to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted (except records we must keep by law). Marketing messages, if you ever receive any from us, always include a way to opt out.
Children
This site is for homeowners and businesses; it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
